Contact Center Solutions Engineer
We have an exciting opportunity for a Contact Center Solutions Engineer to join our Services team. The goal is to create value for clients that will help preserve the company’s reputation and business. This position provides both pre- and post-sales support of On-Premise and Cloud Based contact centers, such as Genesys, PureConnect/PureCloud, Five 9, Nice inContact, etc. The Contact Center Solutions Engineer must be able to assess customer needs and tailor customized solutions to fit the objectives of the customer, and be well versed in contact center offerings such as contact management, interactive voice response, and other self-services capabilities in order to fully meet customer expectations.
Enterprise Sales Director – Customer Experience Solutions
We have an exciting opportunity for an Enterprise Sales Director (ESD) to join our Sales team. The goal is to uncover, develop, and create value for new clients in support of their current and future Customer Experience initiatives with a focus on cloud contact center enabling technology. This position is an individual contributor role. The ESD is a high-energy, high-contribution, high-reward professional. The ESD leads the business development and client relationship management function for account acquisition and long term growth. This particular role is sharply focused on client communications which translate VDS services and technology solutions into quantifiable business value.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Specialist to join our Services team. You will be responsible for Tier 1/2 level technical support, along with basic level move/add/change programming on Unified Communications platform solutions for our customers. This position also requires standard process development and best practice efficiencies for all basic Tier 1/2 troubleshooting and MAC work. You must have good technical knowledge, be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution, and be customer-oriented and patient while providing effortless interactions to our customers.
