Session 2 - Presented by Pete Rose, CTO of VDS

                                             Ken Braley, VDS Sr. Support Tech. Engineer

Mr. Rose and Mr. Braley will be focusing their session on technical installation and support of OCS. 

Mr. Rose has established himself within the Nortel community as a respected source known for his technical knowledge and service abilities through his participation in the Distributor Alliance Council, the Nortel Partner Service Conference and Executive Forum.    With his participation in these groups, Mr. Rose has become a well respected source on OCS and solutions.   Mr. Braley has also participated in the Distributor Alliance counsel with Nortel and also has a wealth of knowledge on OCS.  His credentials include several Nortel Certification Design Experts, Support Expert and Technical Expert in a variety of products.  Mr. Braley has become the technical leader at VDS in OCS technology.
