Michigan Nortel Users Group Monthly Meeting
Join us for an infomative and indeph look into the Avaya/Nortel Integrated Roadmap. Our presenter, Joel Kuhn works as a Consulting Engineer in the Innovation and Technology Strategy Team at Avaya. In this role, he engages with strategic customers to demonstrate Avaya's thought leadership and seek new business and problem spaces in which Avaya may innovate. Previously, Joel worked in the CTO Office of Nortel and in various solution development and engineering roles, most recently developing large-scale unified communications architectures for global customers. Joel is fluent in voice, data and unified communications technologies and holds advanced degrees in electrical and computer engineering. Topics that he will be covering include Unified Communications Roadmap, Data Roadmap, Messaging Roadmap, Contact Center Roadmap and Services. There will be Q&A throughout the presentation. This meeting will be held simultaneously at both of the locations below!
